Video of Texas CPS thugs invading FLDS home in Eldorado, Texas without a warrant

Yesterday, I noted in my long blog entry on Judge Barbara Walther’s abuse of due process in the FLDS case that Texas State agents acting on Walther’s orders invaded individual FLDS residences using a search warrant that was written for the entire YFZ Ranch facility. The Ranch includes numerous separate living areas or residences, similar to many apartment complexes or multiple-family rental homes throughout the United States. These residences are occupied by separate families. Yet Judge Walther issued only one search warrant, as if for an entire apartment complex.

In the video linked to the picture at right, you will witness a chilling encounter between one FLDS mother, sitting in her residence, and three male CPS agents who surround her, refuse to show her a copy of the warrant applying to her residence because they have none, and force her to give up her children.  As you watch, bear in mind that a linchpin of the CPS rationale for busting up these families is that the Ranch creates an “authoritarian” environment.  Who in this video is playing the authoritarian game? They claim that they are not obligated to show a warrant to her because, they say, they have served a warrant on the “main person” in charge of “the residence” and his attorney. The mother objects that the warrant does not apply to her residence and that she is entitled to see the warrant. A police officer responds, “It’s been served. It doesn’t have to served on everyone . . . in the residence.”

While this encounter is unusually calm — mostly because of the calm response of the mother — the video shows how CPS and CPS-like agents operate throughout the United States, lying, cajoling, conning and intimidating parents out of their children, entirely above the law. If you think this happens only to “strange” folks like the FLDS, you are tragically mistaken.

Thousands of families across the U.S. are violated by thugs like these, every month. Early on in the FLDS controversy, one CPS agent, a woman said, “We don’t want them to think of us as evil.” Evil is too polite a word for this crowd. These are American poltergeists who murder families. No, not their bodies. They murder the spirits of families all the while quietly whispering, “We’re here to help. It’s in the best interests of the children.”

Most CPS cases don’t make headlines because they involve single families with one or two kids instead of many families with hundreds, as in the FLDS case. Individual families can’t generate the press and are intimidated into silence, thinking that if they just go quietly, they’ll get their kids back. If you think I am overstating, read carefully through No Time to Lose: The CPS Case, a page provided by a Dallas law firm that represents families in Texas CPS cases. Among their recommendations are these:

3. CPS wants me to bring my children to their offices for a meeting. What should I do?

This is a setup. NEVER, EVER take your children to CPS offices without your lawyer right beside you. This tactic is used by CPS to get you to surrender the children to them at there offices instead of them going to the effort of removing the children from your home. To summarize, take your children with you to CPS and chances are you’ll be going home alone.

5. CPS wants me to separate from my husband or wife and to keep my children away from him/her. What should I do?

Just do it. CPS always believes that sexual abuse has occurred, no matter what the facts and logic suggest, and that children always know what they are talking about. The problem is that if you question any of the facts, your child will be out of your home. It is a difficult situation, but you must ALWAYS choose your child over your spouse.

This is why I’ve repeatedly said that these people are in the business of murdering families. Our society, through fear of “child abuse,” has created a monster that creeps out of the swamp at night and devours families.

11. CPS tells me I don’t need a lawyer at the emergency court hearing. Is this true?

You need a lawyer. CPS is represented by the District Attorney. Your children will have their own attorney. You will not be successful representing yourself. Also, don’t fall for the line, “this is only temporary.” Many a termination case starts with such a representation.

In other words, never believe anything CPS or its equivalent in your state tells you. They are inveterate liars and will say or do just about anything to get your kids.
