Obama is Arab-American. His father, grandfather and great grandfather were Arab, hence they use the name Hussain to show the Arab background and distinguish themselves from black African. This is an Arab naming custom. Look it up. (Arab naming patterns) The claim of Black African can only come from his great grandmother who was a black African. His father also was a citizen of the Great Britain at the time of Obama's birth because Kenya did not receive it's independence until 1963 and he was born in 1961. History doesn't lie. He was also adopted by Lolo Soetoro-Ng, an Indonesian citizen, his step-father, while living in Indonesia in order for him to go to school there, as a requirement of Indonesia. Schoolmates claimed he was in school with them until the 9th grade, in Jakarta and was returned to Hawaii in order to go to highschool, while living with his grandparents. The information is out there if you do some research. Odinga said he is his cousin through his maternal side, which I believe would be Barack Hussein Obama Sr.'s sister. I'm sure research would prove or disprove it. Why should it be a secret to American's? Either he is or he isn't. Most research indicates he is. The ACORN movement has been at work for at least twenty years. Now one of their own, their anointed, is poised to move into the White House. Tom Mboya, a Kenyan hero, who in opposition to the slaughter of the Mau-Mau's approached Kenyan Independance from a non-violent persepctive, arranged for the funding for both Obama's Sr transport and education. After completing his education Obama Sr. returned home to betrayed Mboya, a fellow Luo Tribesman. Documentary proof can be found in Obama's critism of Mboya and Mboya's Planning in an East Africa Journal (1965) less than one year after his return to Kenya. Obama, like his brother in law, Oginga Odinga, was a Soviet Marxist and KPU (Kenyan Peoples Union) member. Obinga was arrested, but not charged in Mboya's killing, by President Kenyatta. While there are those who suggest that Kenyatta was behind the killing - Communist publicatons justify the killing of Mboya by refering to a mythical Mboya - CIA link .
