Kurt, I’d be interested in your take on Harry Reid’s stealth attack on Senate Rules (and I believe our Constitutional protections) in Section 3403, which forbids any revision whatever to that section — on the rules for doctors and patients in regard to the “Death Panels”. He is attempting to make changes in Senate rules with a bare 51 majority when Senate rule changes have always required a supermajority of 67.

Kennedy’s seat? Wow,what presumption. Scott Brown looks like a gift from Heaven. Let’s hope he can deliver.
