By now, loyal FLDS case watchers know that yesterday, Judge Barbara Walther signed an order pursuant to the request of Texas CPS “non-suiting” Teresa Jeffs, daughter of FLDS prophet Warren Jeffs. Like practically everything else about this case, Texas CPS’ move to non-suit at this particular time — instead of, say, three or four months ago, is inexplicable.
Texas CPS had no business blundering onto the YFZ Ranch, in April 2008. With the Texas Supreme Court, I agreed that CPS had no call executing an emergency removal of any of the FLDS children then or at any time since. Why CPS would continue to keep 17-year-old Teresa Jeffs under court supervision for nine months and then suddenly drop her seems absurd. I’m glad that it’s finally happened, but I don’t understand the timing. Is it corruption? Incompetence? Pressure from the Texas legislature? Lots of questions at this point and not many answers.

Willie oversaw Allen Steed’s marriage to Elissa Wall and he handled many of the UEPTrust sales and is associated with Boulder Mountain, Llc and YFZ Land, Llc. and Aspen Development, etc. The operative status of Willie’s indictments is not charged, yet.
Why don’t you and Malonis just come right out and say it. Make the bold statement for the umpteenth time before the whole world: TERESA JEFFS HAS AN ILLEGITIMATE CHILD
Then watch how quickly she sues your a$$es for libel.

The goons can’t trace a telephone call let alone “Investigate” me for jay walking or not wearing a seat belt to haul me in.
I know that having to adhere to the Constitution and Due Process annoys the hell out of you, but I think it’s a little more important than allowing the goons to defecate on it and the dykes to abuse children.
If doing that can land me in prison, it won’t be the first time and I survived that.
