Jesus Wept: Details of Judge Walther’s Atrocity in Texas

by Kurt Schulzke on April 27, 2008

I was not previously aware of Brooke Adams excellent Salt Lake Tribune blog on the Texas polygamy debacle. The details provided by Adams — even at this distance — are enough to simultaneously turn stomachs and bring tears to the eyes. God cannot be pleased at what is occurring there. Judge Walthers, in my estimation, is either wholly incompetent or utterly without feeling or moral compass.

No feeling human being can watch — let alone inflict — such suffering without feeling a profound sense of loss and outrage at how the Constitution of the United States and basic norms of humanity have been violated by a lone, rogue judge in a small West Texas town. More at The Polygamy Files.

There are those who see this travesty as something far removed from them personally. How wrong they are. One need only to go across the Pond to Germany of 60 years ago to see how incrementally the objects of persecution move closer to you — the different, the mentally or physically disabled, the Jews.
I see it as human tragedy. People who have been falsely accused, who statistically have a lower incidence of births to teenage mothers than several other segments of the Texas population, the whole nine yards. It smells.
We are sick at heart for these children, for their mothers and fathers. Is there a credible defense fund to which we can donate?

Excellent article.

This is a crime against Humanity. A revolting, sadistic, phenomenally repugnant act against defenceless babies, children, and families. It affects all of us. The bell is tolling for all now. It’s time to wake up, do something. Donate to http://captivefldschildren.org/

The surrogate bullies in the mainstream media are doing nothing except spreading lies. It’s up to us, the People.

Please act now. Start a blog, spread the word, donate to http://captivefldschildren.org/. Do everything and anything you can.

You can make a donation at this website – I’ve checked it out, and it’s legit. I can send you an email from them, showing the websites, etc. where they have listed the flds website. I made a donation and had no problems. I also called the registrar (they’re in Canada) and they said it looks totally legit. Please help these people – this makes a Greek tragedy look like Peanuts.
