1 - DNA showed nothing, AFAIK. Their indictments thus far are primarily based on documents they obtained via the raid.
2 - Yes, DNA can lie.

Obama redesigning the seal? What a joke. Is gravitas a pseudonym for Bill O’Reilly/Sean Hannity/Rush Limbaugh? Did Obama/Osama (a frequent “mistake” by Fox) go to a madrasa too? Does he speak Arabic to his wife & kids and go to the Mosque five times a day? Give me a break.

The Russians are acting crazy. The missile defense shield poses no credible threat to the Russians. They can defend against a dozen or so nukes, not the thousands Russia posseses. Also, Russia doesn’t “own” the Czech Republic or Poland anymore and never had the right to tell those countries what to do in the past with their defenses and alliances and sure as hell doesn’t have that right now. Putin (Medvedev’s puppet-master) is being paranoid (not surprising, Mr. KGB), obnoxious, and provocative. W isn’t the sharpest tool in the shed, but it doesn’t give Putin carte blanche to have excuses to violate our defenses by restaging nukes in Cuba. It is a missile shield in Europe, not a missile sword.

Following is Texas family code:

§ 1.104. CAPACITY OF SPOUSE. Except as expressly
provided by statute or by the constitution, a person, regardless of
age, who has been married in accordance with the law of this state
has the capacity and power of an adult, including the capacity to
contract.

What is Natalie arguing about Teresa’s being married for. If she is married, she doesn’t need an ad litem, and has the right to hire an attorney of her own choosing. If she isn’t married there is no case right?

I’m not from Texas, but it appears to me that it is IMPOSSIBLE for anyone in this situation to get a FAIR hearing there.
