I Perceive was first published to the blogosphere in December 2007, by Kurt S. Schulzke, an attorney-CPA residing in Atlanta. Premised on the idea that truth — at least in a non-religious context — emerges from civil dialog among adherents of competing schools of thought, I Perceive is dedicated to thoughtful consideration of various points of view in (almost) any arena of human interaction. For the moment, in late December and early January 2009, the United States is preoccupied by market turmoil and the transition to a new presidential administration.
